Replaced the lower control arm....ruined bushing. Still noisy. Suggestions please.

 

Can you get it to make the noise while just bouncing it?

 

Did you torque the LCA while the suspension was loaded (not hanging)? If no, that may be the immediate culprit and will fail prematurely. If yes, then I suggest removing your struts and then physically manipulating the entire suspension. Without spring pressure you find everything that wiggles the way it isn't supposed to.
