Has anyone removed the capped light vents on their car? I thought they were fully functional and they are not. They light up and do not allow air to the motor.

Picture is worth a 1000 words, especially since "capped light vents" is definitely not a factory parts term. But hey, everyone didn't drop everything to get you your answer so it sucks. It isn't facebook ya big baby.
