You're zoomed in too close, I couldn't quite tell what the hell I was looking at at first lol. Those pieces are replaceable but you may catch hell trying to find them. Junkyard/eBay otherwise.

Belt molding? Window seal? Something along those lines.

Window trim. At 14 years old, it'll be a salvage yard part. Usually a screwdriver to remove it and press it in with your hand. If it's the trim piece under the inner door panel. The photo is a bit close.

Looks like the plastic would be the door panel.
