P0430 Code 2016 SXT+ Challenger

I was getting this code and one for thermostat. Replaced the thermostat but what is the best way to fix the 0430 code? I do not want to have to buy a catalytic converter!!

Find out why the PCM is complaining about the cat. Could be a bed O2 sensor, damaged wiring, or several other things.....
