I need to purchase two battery tender/minders = 2023 Hellcat Redeye, 2011 RT Classic - and was wondering if anyone has a preference? And while I'm asking, more expensive ones that double as chargers. I've heard of the Optima.

Also, do folks typically place them in the engine compartment or trunk?

I have three tractors that don't get used over the winter, I just picked up three of the inexpensive 2amp trickle chargers off of amazon. They are theoretically 'smart' chargers, and they have worked just fine for me, had 'em for a couple years now, still workin.
