Does anyone know how to retrofit memory switch onto power seat? ( I have a Daytona ).

Welcome to the forum drkfox1.

That's one of the differences between theCharger and 300's, you can get memory seats with a 300.

I don't know anyone that has retrofitted those seats so there aren't any details available. Look for a wrecked 300 and pull the seats from it.
