Does the Flashpaq tuner void the warranty?

That's a gray area depending on who you talk to.

My answer is it will not unless there is damage that can be directly attributed to the tuner.

Default RE: Flashpaq?

I just had mine serviced Tuesday. I told the tech I had a high performance program installed and didn't want them to flash or update my ECU. He said they wouldn't. He said they'd work with me. I got the feeling it wasn't something they wanted to hear, but they didn't get worked up about it.
I agree with Mango. If it damages the car and is attributed to the item you did, your warranty is out and YOU pay. It may also void the warranty.
