I'm sure there are many threads that discuss this but to save time the SC does the following:
Two octane settings 87 & 91
Change Shift Points
Change Rev Limiters
Reduce Torque Management
Change Shift setting (auto stick)
Change Speed Limiters
Change Tire Size
Update SC via internet download
Down side: it cost money (roughly 360 street price) and you catch the mod fever

Found mine on ebay for $399.95 new. shipped out of LA california. Company called Gr8hotrods.. You can email them at Gr8hotrods@aol.com... total shipped was 400.00.

My bad, I haven't shopped for one since the initially came out. The price is runing around 440-450 on the street. I got mine via a group buy for 350, but the prices hung around 360 for the longest time.
I'll keep my eyes peeled for a group buy and will post up ifI see one going on.
