Where the power window buttons/door lock button is has anyone else's black panel sunk down into the door. Does anyone know how to remove the panel and stick it back where its supposed to be

 

What a PITA… sounds like for some reason the switch assembly is either deformed, or the catches are not holding. Is the car under warranty? If so that it in and let the dealer deal w/it.

If it's not under warranty you may have to pull the door panel off to get to it. If you can get to it use some epoxy or like "idiot glue" to cement that thing in place.
