I agree baldy, lay the templateout carefully and drill once. You'll probably over work it but it's worth the extra time.

Good luck!

Watch out for places to let water in, but you already knew that. Remember, there is a lot of air pressure at speed, and it could force water where it should not be.

One thing I have noticed is that my Sirius Satellite antenna above the rear window seems to store water. It might be two or three days after a rain, and I see water come out of it and roll down my back window! It happens when you pass about 90mph (maybe some of you see it a lot... ). Has anyone else noticed this? I find this unusual because on these hot summer days, I am sure that the antenna which is black, must approach 180 degrees. It seems as though it would cook it out.

Yes I noticed it but didn't think twice about it, now you made me think about it

I don't have any stains in the roof liner but will look at this a little closer <= just wondering if they sealed it right

I put a rear spoiler on my R/T. Lay it out very carefully - front to rear and side to side. You can put some masking tape down once you figure out the general area where the spoiler's legs will set. Use some kind of marker and the template to mark on the masking tape. Just take your time - I had to oval out the holes I drilled the first time. Also, I had to tighten the mounting bolts more than I'd like so, if you look closely, you can see some deflection in the top of the trunk lid from the bolts being tightened down. I probably mounted mine a tad bit too far to the rear, i.e., I should have slide it up a bit closer towards the front of the car - there is a slight bend towards the rear of the trunk lid. Look it over very closely and carefully, then lay it out. That's about all the advice I can give you.

Oh, one more thing - there are strengthening "ribs" underneath the trunk lid - check those out. Try to miss those if you can. I didn't and it caused some problem with bolt alignment, thus, the "ovaling" of the bolt holes.

I need to ask this same question.

I just received my spoiler from Dodge and will hopefully be installing it in the next couple of weeks. I still have to have it painted.

One questionI have for anyone who has installedone, or already has one.Is there any kind of gasket, felt, or anything similar that goes between the spoiler legs and trunk lid?As I said I got the factory one from dodge and they did notinclude any. It is just some lame picture instructions (I know it's not hard to install these so I guess that makes sense), and 4 nuts with soft washers attached for the underside of the trunk.

BTW I also have the factory templates for the trunkif anyone needs a copy to help line it up. I can make copies if needed.
