It is very easy to do. The hardest part is that you will have to drop the tail pipes a little to drill a hole above each one.
I took the bolt out that supports the tail pipe hangers from the floorpan. The left side pipe you will need to loosen at the suitcase just a little. It may take a little manhandling but it`s pretty easy.
Mine didn`t come with any fastners so I went to AutoZone and bought some of those trim push pins to install it. The ones that look like trees , as they say. Mine has been one for a good 8 months without a single problem.
Use a good sharp drill bit and it will go thru it like a hot knife thru butter

I have after market cat back system and it looks like I have plenty of space between the stock bumper cutouts and the exhaust tips. Do you think I can do it with out taking dwn the pipes?
$122 to my front door. Took one week to arrive. All hard ware included. Nice piece and should completethe back bumper.
I hate the space between my two huge exhaust tips. This should help.
My only debate is to paint it TB yellow or leave it black.
I think I like the black look.

Yes - I Believe you will have to - but it`s only to drill the two holes above the tips.
I left mine black also, I have seen some color matched that look good too
