Default Spare Tire Size

I have a question. I have had to install a smaller spare untill my tire hook up comes through. I have the Cont. ProContact 225.60.18 99v on the police package and are having to wait for a set to come in. He gave me a 235.55.18 to put on spare untill the set comes in as it is time for tires. This also helps to give me a little more trunk room. If I were to have a flat and had to use it does anyone know of thisdiameter differencecausing HAL to throw a fit. It would be just my luck I will get a flatin the middle of nowhere and HAL throws a fit.

I don't know. I would expect you would see some codes.

Does the spare havea sensor in it and for that fact does the OEM spare have one?

No TPS on the car. I cant find V or Z rating in this size anywhere. Kaufman was 470 for two and local used tire and retail (new)quoed 320 per pair but all on back order. ProContact has been great, hate to go with a H rated due to price. Thanks Mango.
