I am to far away to go but i have been watching some of it on tv, im happy to see Allen Johnson in the top half

 

Same here it`s a long way from Texas - but I`ve been watching all day and will all day tomorrow. All six hours. And John Force doesn`t qualify. Alot of big names didn`t qualify.

Yea Force and WJ not making it was huge. Also i enjoyed seeing AJ's teammate "the kid" make it in on the 3rd qualifing round. I heard him sat he promised he was gonna make it, I thought that was a big bold statement ..LOL but i guess he knew. I REALLY REALLY hope AJ pulls it off though!!

Well at least Greg Anderson didn`t make it 5 in a row. He is one helluva dominating car.Glad Dave Conolly won in Pro Stock!!! Would rather have A.J. but aleast it wasn`t Greg.

Mike Ahshley ended up winning in funny car. And SHIRLEY MULDOWNEY anounced she will have a car , fuel dragster I think, next year, and have a female driver. I always did like Shirley.

Top Fuel - well Sarge - he did it again, WOW.

i grew up on the far westside of indy just north of the airport and just south of both indianapolis motor speedway and indianapolis raceway park(oreilly raceway park) and every labor day weekend you knew exactly when a drag race was about to start because you could hear the tire burnouts from where i lived...i used to hear that and run inside and turn on the tv and watch the drag race haha...its kinda cool because when sprint car racing was still on espn every weekend you could open your windows and hear the cars while watching it on tv(theres obvioulsy also a famous short oval at oreilly) i havent gone there in a long time to watch a race...ever since they sold out to a corporation the ticket prices shot through the roof, and they started charging for parking on there own property...ick...o well

 

I watched all weekend - it was great! Hey, anyone know what's up with Gary S? Is he going to another team? I kind of caught something about that, but they didn't elaborate on it.
