It was a bunch louder and the Blastin Bob's tailpipes are straight pipe and tips. I understand Blastin Bob makes a replacement for the reso much like the tailpipes but it has a reso on it that cuts down the drone.

Most likely you’ll end up with drone. Early on I chopped my resos and put Blastin Bob’s 11db tailpipes on. It sounded great on the exteriorbut the drone was to much for me.
This drone is a resonance sound that vibrates through the cabin. It sounds like you have a hyped up subwoofer turned on between 15-25K rpm. Over time it drove me crazy... obviously I haven't recovered

I didn't know you had Corsa exhaust on yours. How you like it? I'm getting ready to get a home equity loan and thinking about buying the Corsa or Borla with some of the cash I get back. According to the Corsa web site, there is NO drone with theirs. Is that true?!?! And what you think about yours? You like?

The Corsa's have been great, I couldn't be happier. All the folks with Zoomers are also happy customers so don't rule them out.
Corsa is not as loud as Zoomers at startup or during normal driving but when you open her upCorsa gets an A+ on the: it's a HEMI mean-o-meter.
Borla has a following and is also a good choice butZoomers & Corsahave a proventrack record for being drone free.

If you want to know what it sounds like without the resos you can remove one and then drive it around the block. It is a little louder and has more base... But but enough at all, and I heard alot about all this drone stuff and I do not get it. I removed my cats and have larger exuast and yes it does drone a little bit when it goes into MDS but if the radio is on... And I am not talking about loud, just on you cant hear it at all. Its not even bad sounding or anoying. My friends 1970 440 Roadrunner has drone! Just driving it around gives you a headace for hours... If you want loud I have not heard anything that is really impressive unless you use cutouts or glasspacks.
