what kind of plugs should i use?

Default what kind of plugs should i use?

i noticed in my manual that plugs should be replace every 30,000 for the 5.7, any suggestions on brand ofplugs to buy? also anyone know why there is such a quick wear on the plugs?

Welcome to the forum firecharger.

You can go with OEM Champion RE14MCC4 Copper Plus Plugs roughly 1.35 each. Bosch 4314, two prong, are also good.

Not sure about the quick wear, 30K is the recomended interval to change plugs.
