Default Hey guys...

... I just made the switch from my Dakota Laramie to a new/used 07 Charger SXT. I'm happy with the trade, especially with gas going up and all, and still get some decent hp/tq.

Now, I need to know what is out there as far as some decent bolt ons. I can get the exhaust done on my car in expensively, but are there any tuner options for the 3.5L? JetChip maybe?

What about throttle bodies and TB spacers? I plan on getting stuff for it this Spring when I've saved up some money.

Todd, first, welcome! Always glad to have new "blood" join the "team". There are some things you can do and I would suggest that you check in the V-6 forum - if you look at the top of the page, you'll see a V-8 and V-6 sub-forum. There should be some good info up there for ya.

good questions !

Got my CAI and flowmaster systems installed and have ordered the predator this morning. [:-]

was looking at throttle bodies and spacers for them. And same thing for a 180 thermostat that everyone seems to love so much on here

have heard both good and bad about the TB's and the spacers. so definitley keeping an eye on this post

Dakota - you can click on the "Sponsors" at the top, middle of this page and look for some items among them, also.

Thanks. I appreciate the info. I've got plans in the making as to what I'm going to do with my Charger. I love it already and it's very, very smoot.

I'm going to hit a couple of sites that I was told about by a buddy of mine who owns a Magnum R/T. Hopefully I'll find what I need there and here and have some fun.

Here's a thread on TBSs. Their cool and can make the engine sound nice but no real HP gains.

I know they were worthless on the 4.7L's. The TB itself was great. That'd be another mod I'd like to get.

Has anyone else tried putting in an electric fan in place of the mechanical?
