Default K&N 69 series typhoon intake system

I just purchased this intake for my 2006 dodge charger hemi. Its still shipping but I would like to know some of you guys take on it. I included the link below so you can read the specs on it if your not sure. Let me know if this is a good buy or not. The reviews were good so that was my deciding factor. Also if anyone has one could you please let me know the pros and the cons. Thanks!

What about performance wise? Will it have any changes on sound and HP? The reason why I am concerned because its a short ram intake and not really a cold air intake even though the specs says it is.

I would want to see some dyno's on it. IF you really want something good, save your money and get the AirHammer. They actually provide a dyno and i've heard other people say that they love the performance that it provides.

I think afe stage II and AirHammer are the best but also cost the most. A CAI isn't going to produce much HP by itself and it's hard to determine from their publishedHYPE how much HP your reallygoing to get from one, 3-5 HP would be great in my book.

Your going with a good CAI with K&N. I use a home made one.
