Exclamation Traction Control light...help ASAP!!!

Hey, guys. A couple of weeks ago, I was driving at night, and I didn't notice that the roads were icy. When I started to accelerate at different parts of the road, I noticed that my back tires were swerving a little bit. At that point, the Traction Light cam on to prevent me from spinning out. I noticed a couple of days ago that my Traction Light doesn't light up when I start my car. I read the manual, and it is supposed to turn on for a little bit when you turn the ignition on. Is there something wrong with the traction sensor or is it just a busted light??? Thanx...

Try resetting the PMC by pulling fuse 11 or disconnecting the battery for a few minutes.

Exclamation another question on the Trac Control light?

I haven't been able to do either (taking out fuse 11 or disconnecting the battery) because I haven't had any time. Would this damage my car if I don't get this fixed?

Good to hear back from you on this.

If you pull fuse 11 and plug it back in after a few minutes or an length of time it resets the PCM. The same goes for disconnecting the negative cable from the battery.

Resetting the PCM with either method above will not dammage anything and takes roughty 5 minutes to do.
