Default 3.5L Firing Order

I started to notice when my car was sitting at idle it would start to knock bad like a misfire. I borrowed a code reader and i found out that cylinder one has a misfire, i came here to double check that cyl #1 is on the left side at the back right?

It could be lots of things.

Try this, I found it on another forum and it makes sense...

First - swap the plug from cylinder one to cylinder 4, then swap the coil from cylinder one to cylinder 2.

erase the code, drive the car til the light comes back on, if you get:
301 you have a injector, egr, compression or vacuum leak in that cylinder.
302 its the coil
304 its the plug
