Default I need help/advice changing spark plugs

All i have an 06 with the 3.5L engine and i recently got a check engine light (yesterday). I read the code and it said the #6 misfire. I figure its either the plugs or the coil pack. My guess is its the spark plugs (it is time to change them). My question is, how do you unplug the sensor that plugs underneath the throttle body? All I see is a red clip that slides back and forth. When I slide the red clip, i still cant pull the sensor out. Does anybody know how to uplug the sensor (I am afraid to brake it)? Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm not familiar with the 3.5 but if you can take a pic, maybe it will look like some thing I can help you with.

Or hopefully someone that is familiar with the 3.5 will pop in here soon

Hi Flash - I just had the same thing with an '06 3.5. It was still under the extended warranty so I took it to a local Dodge dealer. (Chrysler, actually) It had 52k miles, nowhere near the 100k mile change plug time. The dealer said it's the plugs. I thought, no...it's too soon and they don't misfire under heavy load or at idle. It's random. They insisted and changed the plugs ($383.00 later) I wasn't 4 miles from the dealership and the same code popped up. Same code! They looked a little harder this time and came up with a TSB on that problem. It called for changing the Map Sensor and get this..."rotating the exhaust valves." Yeah. Never heard of that one. Two days later, I picked it up and it ran great with no further problems. (Had quite a battle getting the $$ refunded from the bad initial 'spark plug' diagnosis.) If your plug change is due (100k miles) then I'd say start with that and see. If it still acts up, maybe change the Map sensor since that's what the Chrysler TSB calls for. Exhaust valves...? I don't know. Check with a trusted shop or dealer. Good luck.
