Default Car won't start, fuse problem suspected

Swapped over to a 3.5 RT motor from my 2.7 on my 06 charger.

After tons of custom mods from the engine wiring harness to AC lines, we got the thing running perfectly!

Now the only problem is I am having fuse issues.

I took it into the dealership and they replaced two fuses after re-cutting and programming a new key (suspected anti-theft problem) and my car was great again!

Now today after driving to go get coffee, my car does almost the same thing.

Anyone know what fuses are blowing, Ignition fuse?

Thanks for any help, im definitely a newb when it comes to electrical! Ryan

Ok so here is a better diagnosis of the problem:

The car itself will not turn on but it has power, but after leaving key and hearing a couple chimes the car loses power in the radio and instruments, which I assume is the anti-theft system.

I had the key replaced the first time it did this two weeks ago, thinking that the chip had gone bad.

They also replaced two fuses in which they said was the problem. After inspecting the fuses, in the rear fuse box next to the battery, CAVITY 8 was blown. I inspected the rest of the mini fuses in the back and the front fuse boxes and found no others blown out. Now when I replaced the 15 Fuse, it just burns out when I try to start the car.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help, I luckily have my car in a nice part of town in a controlled public lot after my Triple A mysteriously was canceled on me.

Thanks -Ryan
