I just wanted to know if any one knew if the new charger is faster than the 1994 -96 Impala SS?

I think an SXT vs. Impala would be more fair.

 

SS is there top end, they are lucky I'm not busting out our srt8 numbers because that is our top end.

 

The Impala SS is also a 9-11 year old car. You have to hand it to GM on that car, at the time, I would have rather owned that car than any made by Dodge... It is funny how that role is so reversed now Dodge is making all of the bad *** cars and GM is making nothing but trucks and econoboxes. (Vipers and Corvettes excluded for the sake of this post.)

 

And the Charger R/T will still take the current Imapala SS.

Not to tick any one off but the 06 impala SS might be some competition for the R/T. its gonna get a big boost in HP from 240 to 300.

 

i would love to see a charger and impala going at it. i think it would be a fair comparison too unlike the f*ckstang

 

i agree with nickoman the charger would take the impala's cookie....and yes t0973mf be happy that we arent slapping the SRT-8 numbers on u because if u wanna see an impala get shredded to pieces then that is the match up u would wanna watch
