how u can add 50 HP to 2010 charger RT?
my mode
ARH LT
Mopae CAI
DiabloSport Predator and with mode what approximately WHP i have ?
anyone can help?

A stage 2 cam and a CMR tune will get you there.

Being a 10' model with your current setup, I would estimate around the 355 rwhp, again just a guess based on stock dyno runs I've seen with '09-current.

and what you think about supercharge ?
do i need to change anything in engine ? or simply i can install it on stock engine ?
i live in kuwait where the temperature hit 125 F or 50 C

I'm not sure if the Eagle heads on the '10 models are running a 8:1 or 11:1 compression ratio. If it's a 8:1 ratio you safe with just bolting on and of course having a CMR tune done after. If it's a 11:1 ratio you'll want to incorporate BAP system with your blower. Do some research, you'll find answers and helpful suggestions on other forums dealing with superchargers as well.

I'm not into the whole supercharging or running nitrous market, I prefer a nonaspirated motor.
