Default Engine Stalling

I have a 2006 Daytona RT, and when I fill it up, the engine will die as it is idling. After I drive away, the engine will die a few times when I come to a stop. But after a few minutes it is fine no problem. If I just fill it to maybe a quarter of a tank, it has no problem. Is it possible it has a vapor lock, or is it a fuel filter problem ? Would like to hear any suggestions of others with same problem, thanks.

Here is what i found in Identifix and recommend you to do.

Remove the purge line and see if there is any raw fuel in the line. Also remove the canister and check for raw fuel contamination. If the cannister is saturated, replace the cannister and purge solenoid and check the fuel tank control valve and liquid check to be sure they are functioning properly,.
