The headliner
Ok, of the four -06 Chargers that I have sold, I have found two flaws.
Here we go.
1. The headliner, in the rear, has a gap between it and the ceiling. Enough to slide your fingers through. I had a customer point it out to me and then I had the Dodge rep come down to look at one. It wasn't just that particular car, but everyone. He contacted the design group and said it was normal. We reattached the headliner a little firmer at the customer's request, but is anyone seeing this?
2. Midnight Blue - Check the door jams for thin paint.

I have a Midnight Blue Charger and I notice a lot of thin paint areas. The hood was the only external area that was noticeable. The painted surfaces in the engine bay and under the hood where thin everywhere. I didn’t care about those spots but did have the outside of the hood repainted.
I also notice the repainted hood has better looking metal flake. It’s not noticeable enough to campaign about.

Oh,
My headliner does have a gap big enough to get your fingers in. That is not a big deal to me.
The biggest thing that bothers me is a rattle in the driver's door. It only occurs over 65mph.
Has anyone heard of this?
When I took it in for the hood, I told the dealer and they said the tech could not hear it.
