Charger 2007 reverse light wiring

I bought a charger 2007 about 4 months ago & every day I find something wrong with it lol today i found my reverse light wires cut in my rear seat both wires just taped in black tape & I tested my lights & they don't turn on when I reverse. Does anyone know where do they go connected? Please help
