Default No heat in '07 3.5ltr Charger

I work for a local Sheriff's office and I currently operate a 2007 Charger with a 3.5ltr V6 and automatic transmission.
The heat works very well for about half of my 10 hour shift and then it begins to blow cold air, even while vehicle is moving. My department's vehicle maintenance has replaced the water pump, thermostat, flushed system, bled all air out of the system, checked the blend door, and refilled to the correct level with DexCool.
The heater core was blown out to ensure proper flow and a pressure test of the system also showed passing results.
They are stumped and I don't have warm air!!!
Please help if anyone can. Thanks!!

Mileage is 128,538 on the body and 28,000 on the motor....which was replaced after the timing chain broke at 100,000 miles.
