Get the vehicle to the dealer and have them replace the Wireless Control Module or Wireless Ignition Node, Which ever they want to call it. WCM or WIN. The new ignition module comes with two new keys. Getting the transmission off of park is easy.

Also for the stuck in park that can be released by that pink or blue thing on side of shifter hiding by the little change holder or what ever you want to call it

Yes, the WIN or WCM must be replace by the dealer so they can also program the new keys to the vehicle. You can install the module, but you need to tow it to the dealer.
