Dodge Charger The Dodge Charger. The car that made its competitors shiver in the 60's is reborn in 2006 into a sleek sedan that can still send the competition home wimpering, the Dodge Charger.

Default Charger acccident

Hi there! Hope all if fine!

So sadly, this incident took place earlier today. I was in a very narrow car park trying to get our and then accidentally my car touched the white van next to me. It's not that affected fortunately but I wanted to get some advice/recommendation.

Would it be okay taking my car to a local car detailer shop or would you guys recommend me to take it directly to the car dealership body shop? The thing is, I'm up for taking it to the detailer shop which would cost me a lot less than the Dodge company but what I'm concerned about is the results will be satisfying? Will there be any difference in colour match or tone?

If I was to take it to Dodge they would charge me a lot and I'd have to leave my car for a day or two whereas a local detailer would do it within 30 minutes to an hour or so. They said they'd be using sand paper or something and polish.

Please leave a comment I'll really appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Dealer will probably replace the door skin, local shop will just repair it. As long as the local shop is reputable, it's your truck and your money. Don't know what vehicle that is but if it's a newer model, I'd fork the cash and have it repaired correctly.

I moved to the Charger section from the detailing section.
