Question 2010 SXT Engine Seized 99K miles

My engine seized on 2010 Dodge Charger SXT 3.5L with 99500 Miles, approx 7500 miles since oil change. I am guessing it consumed all the oil and seized up. Wondering what my best option is moving forward? Dealership quoted me $6000 for new engine, $4500 for a used Engine, or to trade it in for $2000.

Have spoken to other mechanics and have one who may be willing to do the work for cheaper, or buy it as is to try and flip it and sell it. What is a good asking price to sell with dead engine? I believe KBB value was at least $12000, so minus a $6000 Engine Job, is it fair to ask around $6000?

My plan was always to sell it in another year or so and upgrade to the V8. Have driven this car for 5 years and just finally paid it off, now its dead... :/

Lesson to be learned to always check your oil between changes.....might be a buyer out there looking to turn it into a drag car or something. No harm done in putting an ad in craigslist and see what happens. Don't think you'll get $6k for it though. KBB tells me in fair condition its worth between $4800 - $6300. That's for a running car in fair condition. Probably half that with a blown engine. Take the $2000 trade offer. Probably the best you'll get.
