ihave 245/45r20's on the car now. Can i put 255/45r20's on it without tires rubbing? standard suspension.

 

Should depending on your wheels. The diameter will increase by 0.3" and the width by .04". Take a look and see if you have room with the wheels turned full lock one way and the other. Use a tire size calculator to see the differences.
