Default 2015-16 charger

A friend has a dent in their rear bumper..they have gotten mixed advice. One person says to pop the dent out the other person says you can't do that because the bumper cover has 6-8 inches of foam attached to the inside of it, that bumper is not hollow. Which one is correct.

If anyone has a picture of what the inside of the bumper cover looks like I would appreciate it.

If it's across the very back in the middle in front of where the actual bumper bar is, then no you have to take it off first. Anywhere else you should be able to, though I will caveat that with I haven't personally laid eyes on the inside of a bumper that new.
