replaced battery now abs light engine light and break light is on
I replaced my battery today and accidently touched the positive wire to the negative on battery. it sparked, then when i turned on car abs light, engine light break light is on. when i drove it it wouldnt shift to first gear. Please help. gave me codes, 1120, 1110, 0121, 110A.
