Default Limited Brakes Selections for R/T AWD ?

I was looking at these on Summit's site for fronts and rears on our 2011 R/T AWD 5.7:
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ebc-s4kf1249
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ebc-s4kr1161

but, when I use the Summit selector and pick AWD they disappear and my options become limited. Are there really any differences between the rotor/pad options for AWD vs RWD Chargers? TIA!

If you look, the brakes are differently mounted between RWD and AWD. They may actually be different calipers, I'm not sure.
