2012 5.7 misfire and knocking noise.

2012 5.7 misfire and knocking noise.
Okay guys, I have the following problems and looking for advise / help.
2012 Charger R/T 5.7 with manual trans and no upgrades, all stock.
Engine started making a knocking noise (not hemi tick) about 2 days ago. Not noticeable at first while driving, but now gotten louder yesterday and very noticeable. Today it was very again very noticeable and now when driving it will misfire and sputter when i hit the gas a little hard. At idle it don't misfire, but can hear the knocking noise. Its now parked until i can find out the problem.
I see others saying it could be multiple issues like lifters, spark plugs, piston, crank and all sorts of other possible issues.
