Lightbulb hello need help

Hi there
I own a 2010 dodge charger sxt and i have been having problems with my car since i bought it. At first the rear passenger side window would not go up after a couple of weeks i could not get it to go down either now after 2 yrs of not working it finally works just fine but now my horn is not working however i do test it every couple of weeks and sometimes it works and other times it does not. couple months after that my Brake lights quit working all 3 of them but the rest of the tail lights and the light in the trunk all work. any ideas on what could be wrong??

Check the door harness for the window, sounds like the harness got pinched. The horn pad is part odf the airbag and they sometimes crap out overt time, unfortunately the only fix is to replace the airbag. Luckily it's the same airbag from 05-10.
