In the last week I’ve noticed that my car now idols and about 1000 or 1100. It usually idles at about 750. It typically does not do this on a cold start in the morning it usually starts doing it in the middle of the day between appointments. Does this engine have a air idler control motor ? That might be gunked up with carbon? I was told if the car has one it may be gunked up or broken. The matter what it was suggested to do a BG carbon cleaning process. Anybody have experience with BG carbon cleaning? I was told it’s because of using crappy gasoline. I have 93,000 miles of crapy gas? Maybe time for nonethenyle has?
