Im working on a 2013 Dodge Charger srt8, the cd player stopped working so i swapped one from a chrysler 300, the unit functions fine but the sport function and some of the other functions (controlled thru the radio) wont work. I thought it was a programming issue and bought a techauthority subscription and used my witech and restored the vehicle configuration but nothing changed. From what i read only a dealer who has access to DealerConnect can reprogram it, i talked to the dealer but they arent willing to touch the car since it was wrecked before. Is there any other way to get access to Dealerconnect?

 

Try a different dealer. Don't tell them it was wrecked. (I really don't see why that would make a difference for reprogramming......)
