Default horn issues

2008 Dodge Charger horn issues changed horns changed all relays still horn is not working need help

Get a volt meter and start tracing voltages.

I'm getting power I tried to replace horns still nothing was wondering if it was relay but can't find it or maybe horn button on steering wheel isn't hooked up but it just quit working one day

Are you getting power TO the horns? Does the horn button provide power, or ground?

Yes getting power last time I checked I used the key fob to make sure there was power but it just stopped working one day I replaced both hi and low horns and still nothing

Then the question becomes is it always power, and the various items just provide ground path?

It doesn't work at all? Got wiring diagrams? I think yer gunna need 'em.

I did every single relay I saw I switched along with fuses we bought the car from a private party and I need to do some work to it the day we got it home o changes all fuses and relays when horn stopped working I changed all relays again along with changing horns still nothing

So it was working before you changed all the relays and fuses? Please start over and clarify what you have one and why?
