Default Need help car won’t start

I have a 08 Dodge Charger 3.5. I was going down road and a engine light came on and sec later car power to engine shut off but I still had power to roll windows down and everything but it would turn on but does crank. I heard the fuel pump on right not turning on so I changed both and tried to start and the crank time lasted longer but didn’t start and then my engine came back on since it died. I check for spark with a screwdriver and it did spark. I put starter fluid in air filter and it lights it but doesn’t turn on and almost like spits it back out. I have code for battery level lower than normal, air throttle which is probably from me opening it, fuel pump/level, and oil sending sensor. Please help? Car has 150k miles

I found out it has code 16? Which how do I figure if it’s sensor, jumped a tooth, or timing chain broke

Code "16" is not valid. How did you come up with that?

Yep, sounds like timing belt broke or jumped.
