Default Help? Transmission issue

I recently just replaced my transmission due to not knowing how much fluid I had since as you all know the chargers do not come with a dipstick, well I put the new one in and I'm getting the check engine (gear 1 incorrect ratio) we test drove it and won't shift. WereW kind of puzzled here trying to find answers.

You can buy a MOPAR dipstick that comes with instructions on how to read the ATF levels...

At this point, I'd disconnect the battery in attempt to reset the PCM and try to get the car out of limp mode.

Well the battery died so we jumped it and still stuck in limp, gonna take it into the transmission shop for them to diagnose it

Are jumping onto the battery or from the jump posts under the hood?
