2008 Charger 2.7 P0935 & p1745

Car went into limp mode. Trouble codes were P0935 and p1745. Had the fluid and filter changed also the transducer. Problem still the same. Car drives and shifts fine until it goes back into limp mode. Any ideas? Also is there a way to view the VLP and tooth counters value to know when it’s getting ready to go into limp mode?
