I own a 08 charger rt awd and it has been intermittently going into limp mode for some time now. We've taken it in had the trans fluid checked which was good but can't seem to get any answers as to why it keeps doing this. It usually isn't associated with a check engine light or any light for that matter unless we are low on oil. Then the check engine light does come on and it will go into limp mode multiple times per trip until we get oil in it and the light goes away but the limp mode still happens. Any ideas what could be going on? We've been to multiple places but no one seems to know what is wrong.
