Default 09 Charger sloppy steering slow or delayed response.

So I removed the steering wheel and replaced the turn signal switch, reinstalled everything but now when I drive my car the steering responsiveness is delayed, sloppy feeling. I have to turn the wheel more to make simple turns. I did replace the bushings and tire rods months ago. I only took the steering wheel off and put it back together and now this. Is it possible that messing with the steering column broke the steering pump or it’s a fluke and it just went out though it was fine and no signs of pump failure before.

Any suggestions appreciated.
