FOB wont open doors or trunk

I programed 2 new key FOBs. They will start the car but they won't unlock or lock the doors or open the trunk. Why? I have a 2009 dodge charger r/t.

Sounds like they were programmed to SKIM but not to the rest of the car (remote module). It doesn't do the other one automatically when you do one.
