Flooded? As in gas fouled plugs? Or, flooded, as in, under water?

If you are blowing oil into the intake, time for a compression test.

Bummer, you may have hydrolocked the engine. How far under water was it? When I ran a salvage yard back in the early 80's, water cars could be cleaned and still were usable. I had one fellow with a sales force that piled the miles on and they would wear the cars out before they rusted out. He had a standing order for any decent water cars I might get. However, that was before computers. If your car was very deep at all, your problems are just now starting. Electrical connections on computers don't like corrosion.
