The problem is that every time I back out of my drive way and put it in drive, it stutters and shuts off. Also when I stop at a red light or a stop sign it shuts off. Every time I stop or put it in drive it shuts down. It was working fine when I bought and after 3 months of use it started breaking down. The car was a tuner car and we replaced the fuel pumps on it.

Start by thoroughly cleaning the throttle body.
