Default Motor conversion question

I have a 2009 charger rt with the 5.7 hemi. The car has a bad cam. I found a 5.7 hemi out of a 2016 ram truck. Are these two motors compatible? Is it possible to just swap the top ends and go? Thanks for any advice in advance.

Same engine, different crank wheels. If it's just a bad cam and nothing else wrong, yes.
