Default 07 dodge charger won't shift out of first

I have an 07 Dodge charger Sxt, for some reason the cars transmission was feeling sticky and was jerking when it went to shift up but it stopped so I figured it was fine. A few days later after leaving my girlfriend's house the car wouldn't shift into second but was jerking like it wanted to but stopped at 22mph and 1750 rpm and it won't go over that just cruises at that. Code reader said incorrect 3rd gear ratio but I'm not sure exactly what's wrong with it. Would I have to replace the solenoid and filter and do a transmission flush or just get a whole new transmission?

I would take it to the dealer, or a trans shop, and see what they had to say.

It could be the main frame on the valve body because the input and output sensors are part of the main frame. Or you could a problem with the K2 clutch pack.
