16 Scatpack tire pressure

16 Scatpack tire pressure
New wheels, tires and tpms last year. Recently one tire started reading a higher pressure than what was in tire by at least 10 psi. Tonight I changed it with a new tpms sensor and I am still getting the same reading. I check pressure again with another tire pressure gauge and reads 32psi but reads in vehicle 42psi. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix. Thank You
